Love this app - workouts are not only free but earn you tokens towards additional content. App is easy to use and each workout has videos showing how each exercise is done.

Great Workouts Everyday!

LOVE this app & Emily so much that I bought her entire workout program! This app gives you a great workout (that you can FEEL working) & the exercises change every day! AND there are great instructional videos built in with the counter so you can see exactly how to do the exercises while youre in the workout, instead of having to get out of the app and look it up. The exercises are also easy to do anywhere, many with no equipment! Highly recommend her program!!

Something to look forward to

Emily is so charismatic that she even lures someone like me, who has no intention of looking muscly or being able to flex any impressive "gains", to try her workouts. If you follow her on snapchat, it should be obvious. Either way, I doubt any girls who are worried about the muscly look should be concerned with respect to the apps daily workouts, which are short and intense, but do not include reps until failure. It really eases my mind to think that no matter what, I can still fit in one of these effective workouts. And Ive felt the smarts of them too! The soreness was so bad that it was 4 days of walking like a gimp after one of the leg/butt days! Most importantly, these workouts are not boring! I highly recommend trying to make the rest period as short as possible, bc keeping that heart rate up is just perfect for that "I did something" feeling. Frankly, I only have one complaint. I wish that for some exercises it would specify if it is a certain amount of reps per leg or side etc. For example, for bicycle abs, 12 reps for a total of 6 "crunches" per side seems too easy. So I bump up to 24, an assumption. Its great that you can make these exercises even harder if youre more advanced too, by including more weight or more sets etc. An excellent job, Emily!

This is the best program I have ever tried! She gives an example of each workout and its easy to understand! This plan and app are amazing! Thank you Emily Skye for helping me make a lifestyle change!

Suggestions

The app is awesome. However, I have a few suggestions. It would be nice if the rest countdowns actually counted in the background. Also, on the last rest of an exercise, before moving to the next exercise, it would be nice to have a be ready for whatever-the-next-exercise-is, that way we can use that rest time to move to the next thing, or get the equipment ready during that rest time. Otherwise-awesome!!

This app is very user friendly. Emily demonstrates each exercise and gives you tips. Its great for at home work out or at the gym to start your routine. It also has a blog and she has a lot of really good information.
