I love Emilys app and work out programs. They are clear to understand, she provides how-to videos, meal plans, daily exercise plans and the support on the private Facebook group for members is phenomenal! Everyone is extremely supportive and helpful.
I have one of her e-books that has similar workouts, but I will say that the app will be much more motivating and hold me more accountable. I love it!
The workouts provide guidance so you can get the job done at home. Great moves that give results. Only regret is that I didnt download it sooner!

This App is great!! Emily tales you through an awesome set of exercises. If you need an example of what the move looks like she demonstrates this for you. This is great for anyone and there are no more excuses of I cant get to the gym. I can exercise from wherever I am at!!
I love the daily workouts and how they target one area of the body.
I do like the workouts and the videos explaining the moves but I dont like the usability of the app in that it loses my progress quite often. I have done 2 workouts and wanted to complete my 3rd to get a star and it lost the previous two so I have to start from scratch. I also dont like the fact I have to log in EVERY time. Also, when learning the moves you should just be able to click on the move to watch the video, not have to watch every video before you get to the one move you dont already know. I also think the skip rest button should be bigger so its easier to click on when doing the workout.
Love all the various exercises that change from day to day! Its a great addition to other workouts or a wonderful, quick and fulfilling workout all by itself.

This app and the trainer are absolutely amazing, I love it!
First workout done and its already my new favorite thing. No having to swipe through a bunch of videos to figure out "which workout I want to do". I just open it and do whatever it says. Knock it out, know that Im balancing my workouts and different parts of my body. I just open it up after the kiddo is in bed! Bam!

Love this app!! Everyday the daily workouts are amazing, they target areas and muscles perfectly and you really can feel it the next day!!! Loving it!!! App is easy to navigate and has an awesome motivation effort behind it.

This app is awesome, I can use it whenever I need to and the shorter length of the workouts give me the best results than working out for hours a day! The circuits also burns fat through out the day!
