Great Free App!
I am enjoying my workouts with Emily. You do 5 exercises each time. You cycle through an upper body workout out one day, lower body the next, and and ab work on the next day. She recommends a rest day after 3 consecutive days of working out. There is a good variety of exercises. Impressive for a free app!
