A great daily workout!
I started using this app in January, 2016, and I love it! It is a set of 4-5 simple daily exercises that require little to no equipment. Great for beginners. It keeps track of your reps and also the rest time between sets. Emily also gives points for completed workout sets that can be used toward recipes and other healthful tips. I have lost 26 lbs since January, and I attribute my success to this app along with more healthful eating. Thanks Emily! I feel so strong!!
