Love it
This is hands down the best fitness app in the iTunes Store. Its perfect for ️busy people. The workouts target different muscles each day, and theyre short (maybe 20 minutes or so). There are clear instructions for each exercise and a demonstration video, but you dont follow along with the video, so youre working at your own pace. The daily workouts are free and there are programs that you can pay for (nutrition and lifestyle, etc)., but you earn store tokens by doing the daily workouts. So you can eventually get the extra programs free if you want.
