AWESOME APP!!!
Love the variety and mix of daily workouts. You dont need special equipment to do anything - most of us have a hand weight or something heavy to lift, and a stability ball can be replaced by the ground/floor. Workouts rotate from arms to abs to legs, resulting in new body soreness every day!!! A great sore - a FABTASTIC workout!!! Thanks Emily!
