Great Way to Stay in Shape
I like that the app gives you 5 exercises each day and rotates through arms, legs and core. It mixes up the exercises so you dont get too bored and gives you points towards Emilys programs to incentivize you to do 3 days in a row. My body looks and feels great when I do these as part of my routine.
