The app needs improvement
I just purchased the entire program and I think it is the best exercise regimen out there. She makes exercising and eating healthy really simple. Plus, the recipes are tasty, to boot!
My only gripe is the app. While I was happy to find my programs accessible on the app there are some issues that could improve the overall experience:
It would be useful not to have sign in at all and not even have to press "Prefer not to sign in"... Like facebook, where all you do is open the app (after the first time youve logged in).
It would be nice if it automatically opened to the day I needed to complete, instead of having to open the program booklet and searching for it.
Once you get to the right day it lists all the exercises but wont allow me to skip through the menu. I can select it but nothing happens unless I start from the beginning. Id like to preview what I am going to do.
There is too much of a lag between the exercises once it says "completed" and moves to the next exercise.
The videos (sometimes) take too long to load. When you are eager to get going, this adds another 30seconds or so in between exercises.
And my biggest gripe of all…when I play the video it kills my music! I have to switch back to my music app and restart it, then re-open the Emily Skye app. It should pause it, then restart the music where it left off. The Nike training app does that.
I have an iphone 5s operating on the latest ios. Maybe there are options I dont know about ? I will stick to this program because it is wonderful. But this app could use a lot of improvement and would be really useful in achieving our goals.
